In regards, to my order, they sent me a defective cap that had poor stitching.
A legit company would not send defective products to customers but as we all know it's about getting your money right! A legitimate company would inspect its merchandise before sending it to hard-working customers.

In regards as to what was stated by you in your review, it was unfortunate that you left out an important piece of information. Yes, you attempted to initiate a return for your said reason above, however it was only to provide a false reason in order to attempt to return a hat you had ordered previously from us on May 31st, 2024 in the same style and size. The hat you sent back to us was heavily worn, dirty and stained with sweat. You did this in an attempt to receieve a free hat by returning your worn and dirty, old one for a refund.

We see now that since you were notified via phone call yesterday when we spoke with you and received your email with photo proof and explanation of return refusal, that you are only leaving this review now in an attempt to hurt our business. Honesty and transparency are what we pride ourselves.
